Arcamente
A private agenda, household spending and keychain that stay on your phone and move to a new one.
Coming soon · no date yet
Arcamente keeps together the things to remember, the money going out and the logins not to forget: deadlines, appointments, bills, everyday shopping, passwords. One app instead of three, and everything stays on your phone, with no account and no server.
New phone? You lose nothing
You save a backup to a file on your phone and restore it on a new phone. The file holds your events, your spending and the keychain, and you can protect it with a password you choose. On the new phone you install Arcamente, tap "Import file", pick the file and enter that password: everything is back as it was, and the keychain opens with your usual passphrase. Without the backup password and the passphrase nothing can be recovered: keep them safe.
What it does
- A calm Home with a horizon that follows the time of day: dawn, day, sunset, night.
- A calendar with reminders that arrive even when the app is closed, and a two-tap quick reminder.
- Bills and renewals stand out: a yellow triangle when the due date is near, red once it has passed. Mark them as done with one tap.
- Household spending: note an expense in seconds, with its category. See what you have spent today and this month, with a budget if you want one, the last 7 days and spending by category. Export the month to a file for your spreadsheet.
- Shopping mode: at the supermarket you note prices as you fill the trolley and see the total before the till. The total turns yellow near the limit you chose and red when you go over it.
- A Home-screen widget with your next commitments.
- An encrypted keychain (AES-256): password generator, search, one-tap copy and fingerprint unlock. It locks itself when you leave the app, copied text is cleared after 30 seconds, and screenshots are blocked while it is open.
- Local saving: your data stays in the app's database, on the phone. A backup to a file, protected by a password you choose, to restore even on a new phone.
- Large, clear text; in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
A few screens
Test screens with made-up data.
Your data
No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. Events, spending and logins never leave the phone: the whole app works without the internet. Its only connection is with Google Play, to buy and check the PRO version. If you lose the keychain passphrase it cannot be recovered: that is why there is a recovery code to write down on paper.
Free, with PRO if you need more
Agenda, calendar, reminders, spending, backup and export are free, with no time limit. The keychain holds 5 logins and shopping mode can be used 3 times. PRO is a one-off purchase, no subscription: unlimited keychain and shopping mode, reminders 3 days, 2 weeks and a month ahead, a 12-month spending trend and the widget. Without PRO your data is always yours: nothing you have already saved gets locked.

Arcamente is not on Google Play yet. One tap below tells me how many people would want it. I ask for no name, no email, nothing else: I only count taps, one per browser.
