Nengio — Privacy Policy
In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails. In caso di divergenze tra le versioni fa fede quella italiana.
Data controller: Robertino Brunaldi, individual developer — supporto@nengio.app
Scope. This policy covers the website nengio.app and the messages you send to supporto@nengio.app. Each app has its own policy: Atzaculara's is at /atzaculara/privacy/en/; Oblio One's is at /oblio/privacy/en/.
The website. The pages load only files from the website itself: no third-party scripts, fonts or services, no traffic analytics and no advertising. There are no accounts and no sign-up forms. We do not sell data and do not give it to third parties for their own purposes.
Connection data. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider Cloudflare processes the technical data of each request, including the IP address. Cloudflare keeps its own technical logs for the operation and security of the service, for the periods stated in its policy; we keep no logs of visits. We do not use this data to profile or identify visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Anonymous counting. On the pages of the upcoming apps, the «I'm interested» button and opening the page count, anonymously, how many people are interested. The server stores only two numbers per app: no IP address, no cookie, no identifier.
Data on your browser. So that the button works as you asked, the page leaves two local markers in your browser: one remembers that you have already answered «I'm interested», and one lasts only while the tab is open, so that a visit is counted once. They are not sent to anyone, and you can delete them at any time from your browser settings.
Email. If you write to supporto@nengio.app, the message reaches a Gmail mailbox through Cloudflare's email forwarding service. We use your address and the content of the message only to reply and handle your request. We keep them until the request is closed and for no more than 90 days after that, then delete them, unless the law requires otherwise. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract or your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Service providers. Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) processes data on behalf of the controller, under its data processing agreement. Google provides the Gmail mailbox that receives the email and processes the messages as an independent controller, under its own policy. Policies: Cloudflare, Google. Both may process data in the United States: Cloudflare and Google take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission found adequate in its decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).
Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), by writing to supporto@nengio.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Obligation to provide data. Visiting the website requires you to provide nothing. Any data you choose to send us by email is needed to reply.
No automated decisions. No profiling takes place and there are no automated decisions.
Children. The website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data. The apps have their own policies.
Changes. When anything changes in this policy, the date at the top changes too. Questions: supporto@nengio.app.
