NengioAtzaculara — Privacy Policy
In caso di divergenze tra le versioni fa fede quella italiana. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

Data processed. No personal data is collected, profiled, transmitted or shared with third parties. Atzaculara runs entirely on your device. The following stay in the phone's local storage and never leave it:
- your settings (chosen apps, limits, schedules, pause, extensions);
- the daily usage history of the watched apps (up to 400 days);
- the protection PIN, stored only as an encrypted fingerprint (salted SHA-256), never in clear text;
- the PRO purchase status, so that purchased features keep working offline.
Permissions used (on-device only):
- Usage access (
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): to measure the time spent in the apps you choose to watch. - Accessibility service: to know which app is in the foreground and show the pauses and limits you configure, and to take you back to the Home screen when a limit is reached. It does not read screen content (
canRetrieveWindowContent="false") and does not log what you type. - Atzaculara does not use the device administrator and does not prevent uninstallation.
- Notifications (
POST_NOTIFICATIONS) and foreground service: while control is on, the notification «Atzaculara is active» stays visible, so whoever uses the phone knows that screen time is being controlled. Atzaculara is a self-control app for adults. The notification contains no data and sends none.
Network and purchases. Atzaculara opens no network connections of its own and contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting libraries. The INTERNET permission is present in the package because it is added by the Google Play Billing library, used only to buy the PRO version. The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy): payment data is kept by Google, and Atzaculara only receives the purchase result. None of the data listed above goes through that channel.
Legal basis and rights (GDPR). This notice is provided under Articles 13-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). As the controller carries out no processing of personal data (all processing is local, on-device), no Data Protection Officer and no record of processing activities are required. There is nothing on our side to access, rectify, export or delete. You can erase all local data from the app itself (Settings → Other → Delete all data, protected by the PIN if set), by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android Settings, and revoke permissions at any time. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Minors. Atzaculara is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. It may be installed on an adult relative's phone only with that person's consent, and set up on that phone: there too, data stays solely on the device, with no transmission and no automatic sending of reports.
