Oblio One and Atzaculara PRO is a one-off purchase through Google Play, with no subscription. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund you.

In short

• Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason.
• After the refund PRO is switched off; the free features stay.

How to ask

1. Email supporto@nengio.app saying which app: Oblio One or Atzaculara.
2. Include the order number: it starts with “GPA.” and is on the Google Play receipt you received by email.
3. The refund is issued through Google Play, on Google Play's timescales.
